I so wish all the companies that we've dealt with regarding Flood Restoration were as SUPER DUPER and efficient as Emergency Packout. From the initial evaluation to the day everything was "packed up " and moved..... to moving everything back in, was perfect. Each and every person I spoke with on the phone or in person, were extremely helpful and so courteous. I don't believe t was just me, I think they treat all their customers the same. Emergency Packout Co. helped my family during an extremely stressful ordeal. My 93 year old mother’s room in our home flooded. Because of her age and covid19, extreme precautions had to be taken in order to secure her safety. The team was THE most professional, courteous and compassionate group of skilled workers I have ever worked with. They were prompt, efficient and very focused on doing the job to our satisfaction.
