After hearing such good things about this company, I regret to express my deep dissatisfaction with Embolden Solutions LLC. The company consistently missed the scheduled free consultations without any explanation or apology, disregarding the value of my time and trust. Furthermore, my multiple email inquiries were completely ignored, leaving me without any guidance in my credit repair journey.

Such unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism are unacceptable, especially in a business as sensitive as credit repair. Unfortunately, my experience with Embolden Solutions LLC was far below the expected standards, forcing me to seek assistance elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages them to improve their customer service in the future.

I was paying this company for two years and the moment I cancelled my membership, everything came back on my credit and dropped my score again.
