Finding that perfect place for your child is important. However, when you find that place where you and your child are at peace it's amazing. My child thrives here and has grown in leaps and bounds. The school is focused on the whole child. My son has a lot of energy, and they provided a safe space for emotional, physical as well as educational development. From the first time my child met the owner director Danette Miller, they gave her a hug and couldn't wait to come to school. She has a love and heart for kids, and you can see it. Children are true tellers of character and to see them hug her and tell her hello/goodbye it warms my heart. I love that my son comes home happy every day. I could say so much more but what I will say is that every child should have an opportunity to experience this school. Im happy we found this hidden gem.

My child loves it here. It’s clean, the teachers are attentive and patient, their focus is education and I love that. Highly recommend.

My baby boy has been coming here for about 2 years now and we couldn’t ask for a better environment or better teachers to leave him with during the day. They are so communicative, transparent, attentive and also far from your average daycare but more so a learning center, constantly integrating education into every activity. Bring your babies here! They truly care.

Ellenwood academy 7 was by far the best decision I have made for my son. Through other daycares my son hasn’t felt nearly as comfortable and loved by the teachers and staff and that has given me peace of mind. If your looking for a daycare where kids are always learning, this is definitely the one.

After struggling with the thought of leaving my toddler anywhere, I’m grateful to have found Ellenwood Academy 7 / McDonough Montessori. It took my child one week to fully transition and be excited for daycare, thanks to the compassionate teachers. Ms. Jarrett (Teacher) is wonderful! The owner/director Mrs. Miller is very open with communication regarding your children and best of all, she maintains a secure location, as safety is very important to her.
