I have Multiple Sclerosis and started training with Alexis at Elite Training Broken Arrow to improve my balance and strengthen my overall mobility. Alexis is so much fun to work out with and creates a workout based on my individual needs. She pivots based on what my daily needs are, and is always by my side every step of the way.
