Elite Training

I’ve been training with haze Wilson for a just over 2 months now and I could be not be more pleased with the experience.

My job consists of wacky and sometimes unpredictable hours. Haze has not only been beyond accommodating when it comes to rescheduling or moving times around for me, but most importantly the dudes made working out enjoyable. After an injury some years ago, after recovery I never got back into the same routine and in turn physique, I would like for myself to be. For the first time, I can say genuinely excited to get up and go hit the gym with these peeps. Well done.

I have been going to Elite training on 61st for 4 months with excellent results. Scheduled an initial assessment with Haze Wilson where we looked at my current physical abilities and discussed goals. I wanted to work on my computer hunch, weak left shoulder along with an overall increase in strength.

Haze is clear on what muscles we are targeting and where I should be feeling the burn or stretch. He continually focuses on technique and form which at times means dropping weight until I can perform the exercise correctly, increasing from there. He routinely adds new exercises or mixes up reps and sets to maximize gains.

Haze is a champion kickboxer, if this is where you would like to take your fitness journey or like me focus on general strength and fitness give him and call and schedule a visit.

Haze Wilson is an excellent personal trainer. My wife and I are regular gym rats and came to Haze to work on refining our workout techniques and types of exercises to make sure we were maximizing the results of our time at the gym.

Haze is only the second personal trainer I have used. It has been an invaluable experience listening to Haze weekly about which muscle groups we are working and why specific techniques are better than others. My overall workouts are now much more effective each time I go the gym. Our goal coming to Elite was to learn new workout techniques and fine tune what we were doing. Our expectations have been exceeded.

I've been going to this Elite location for several months now after going 7-8 years of minimal exercise. I was a little nervous to get back in the gym after so many years but I must say Haze and all the other trainers have made it feel very comfortable to get going again. Haze is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining each exercise with an emphasis on technique- not weight. I am seeing results in my physical appearance and this just continue to motivates me. If you are looking for a trainer that knows his stuff and provides a comfortable environment for getting serious about your health- I would recommend Haze and his team!
