I'm a bit overdo writing this review. My mother-in-law was in the final stages of dementia, and sitting on the back porch brought her some peace. The very steep brick steps to the back porch were a challenge and she had fallen once. The team at Edwards came out, measured and built a beautiful center hand rail that could hold 10 people. It may have taken her 10 minutes to navigate those steps but that handrail gave her the support she needed. She didn't want us helping, independence is a beautiful thing. She has left us now but that handrail will be there for years to come and will help many more in the future. True craftsmen and true gentlemen.

I had a lot of concerns mainly about putting holes in my step and deck. Lloyd was a very nice guy. He was very patient with me and were happy to came out a second time to easy my concerns explain things in detail and reassure me of the process. They lessened to my personal needs and desires and incorporated it into the railing design. I appreciate that they took payment by credit card without extra fees, i paid half up from and the rest afterwards. The install crew arrived about 0830 they were quite and cleaned after themselves at each step of the process. I am overall happy with the outcome.

Enjoyed working with Lloyd and the team. They were able to use our railing design and it turned out great. I am impressed with the quality of the product and the installation.

Working with Lloyd Thurman was an absolute pleasure. He was so gracious when he gave us a tour of their showroom. Being able to go behind the scenes to the back of the building where the welding is done allowed us to see the various options we could select for our railings. The two gentlemen who came to install the railings were very professional and we have received numerous raves from our neighbors and friends as to how the railings have enhanced the look of our front porch. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Lloyd our salesmen was super, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Our railings are gorgeous we love them. The whole operation is progressional I have my own business these guys are the best!

They replace an automatic gate at our Corporate Hangar and did a great job, the experience working with them was great start to finish.
