The Eastern Title team (Rob and Christina) are one of the best! Rob and Christina took what could have easily been a disaster, or lack of performance by other as a reason to delay closing and simply asked: what can we do to meet the customer’s need? Not the bank, not the realtor, they were laser focused on providing the best possible product to the home owner. Their professionalism, determination, and “stick to it ness” directly ensured we were able to close as scheduled. Every time an obstacle appeared (and there were several) they quickly assessed the situation and provided suggested alternatives – while always doing their best to ensure the customer’s needs were addressed. Whatever the limit is on # of stars that can be awarded, they deserve at least one more.

Josh and his team were proactive while dealing with a very difficult, less experienced loan officer/lender. They were certainly instrumental in keeping the transaction moving forward and finally to settlement. Thanks again for your professionalism. I look forward to working with you in the near future.

Eastern handled our refinance closing and did a fantastic job. Although we opted to do the closing at Eastern's convenient offices on Rockville Pike, Marketing Manager Ben Goldman offered to come to our house if it would have been easier for us. At the closing, Ben had everything in perfect order and ready to go. He explained all the documents clearly, and we got the closing done quickly and efficiently, but without the feeling of being rushed.

An honest company that knows what job well. Our closing involve double closing and a complicated tax transfer, the type of settlement most like to avoid. Eastern handle with ease. Great communication, from the beginning till the end I know exactly what's happening and what's needed. They tried their best to be flexible to fits our needs and closing time frame. Best part is low fees and no surprises at the closing table!
