Extremely well organized and efficient. I could not have asked for better attention to detail and communication for the sale of my relinquished property and the purchase of my replacement property while doing the 1031 exchange.

I was given several references to use Eastern Title from the Bigger Pockets forum that I belong to and could not have been more pleased with their proficiency, effectiveness in executing tasks, communication and overall performance that made my sale (relinquished property) and purchase (replacement) a success. I then found out from my 1031 Exchange QI (qualified intermediary) they had done business with Eastern Title through other investors who used both tile and exchange companies.
