Eastern Title and Settlement

I had bad experiences with a couple of prior title companies. I was starting to think the industry in general was just going downhill. However, throughout the process for a recent purchase, all transactions and final settlement with Eastern Title & Settlement went so well. Each employee provided excellent service and I was amazed at how smoothly the settlement went. The settlement agent went above and beyond to make sure settlement happened on time, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to my satisfaction. I will not use another settlement company in the future. Eastern is now my go-to title company!

We had the pleasure and privilege of working with Jay Dixson and Josh Greene in the purchase of our new home in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Jay went above and beyond in assisting us as he has done in previous purchases on our behalf (that’s why we keep going back to him).
