I spent over $200 to buy a pressure washer myself, but could not wash the pipes and any sidings over 6 feet. I saw his poster at Sackville Drive and called him to do the washing for my two storey house at Penstock Court. He spent more than three hours to wash all the sidings, pipes, gutters, etc. for under $400. Of course, the time and cost would depend on the size of the house, the season, and so on. He did a very good job. He took pictures for the exteriors before and after the washing. It looked completely clean. I talked to my neighbor a few house away, he said that he spent almost $500 to do the washing a few years ago. Therefore, I think that it is a very good value as well as a job well done. I took some of his business cards and definitely would recommend him to our friends.

Eastern housewash performed well above my expectation. I had stains on my home that I figured would never come off. But when Shawn from eastern house was finished the house as a whole looked like new. Shawn was very personable and explained the whole process before he started cleaning. Very fairly priced and was on time as promised. Would highly recommend Eastern housewash if you need your home cleaned including siding, gutters, soffits, or deck. 5 stars!!
