I highly recommend East West Properties! I had come to terms with a foreclosure due to my ex-husband refusing to sign a quit claim deed. I was contacted by Michael regarding my property and explained by dilemma as I had explained to several other companies who had reached out me. Michael was the only person that had contacted me who was immediately willing to help solve my problem. Michael worked some sort of miracle, to say the least, and was able to get my ex-husband to sign the quit claim deed within 24 hours of reaching out to him. Michael is a truly genuine person and made sure my best interest was placed first before I agreed to anything. I am now able to close within a week since Michael reached out to me and within literal days of it going to auction thanks to Michael and his team who have provided me outstanding service and communication.

Michael and Christina did a phenomenal job in purchasing this home with three days notice that it was going to be sold. Patiently they waited while I tried to get to the bottom of things with the bank as this all came as a complete shock. Unwilling to take any gamble, Michael came in the day off the scheduled auction and got everything taken care of to keep the home from being auctioned off and out of foreclosure. I have appreciate Christina his notary and the rest of the staff. They are a great family team. Trust is hard to find during time pressing, life changing events and I’ve know I can trust this team.

Dealing with these people was the worse experience I’ve ever had one problem after another

We were kind of in a time crunch and Michael did a great job of reassuring us that things were on track to be done by the closing date. We were able to take care of all the paperwork online and get everything singed on the date he told us we would close. He always answered any questions that we had and was available anytime we needed. We would definitely use East West Properties again if needed as well as recommend them to friends and family. Michael was absolutely incredible. We had a tiny window to make things happen and he was able to save my life in that timeframe. He came to me and explained all of my options. He took an incredible weight off my shoulders and basically gave me a second chance. I couldn’t be more grateful. He’s a genuine person who puts his clients first.
