East West Properties were great and easy to work with. I don't believe the transaction could have gone any smoother for my Dad. They were fair, and Ken and Christina had great communication with both of us throughout the entire process. You can tell that both Ken and Christina genuinely cared as much about my Dad and helping him move, as they did about themselves and it being a business transaction for them. We reviewed other offers from other companies as well before deciding to go with them. I would highly recommend East West Properties, and also working with Ken and Christina.

Ken was amazing to meet with and was both professional and personable. They understood our need for a quick turn around to relocate 500 miles away and were complimentary on our home but professionally direct on improvements needed before bid. Through the entire process to closing we were kept apprised via email and texts each step of the way. Closing was stress free and no tricks at the closing table! Ken and Christine were great representing East West Properties!

I must say they were well on timing but I felt as if they took advantage of the whole situation and they didn't pay me near what my home was worth and acted as if it were going to cost a fortune to update my home! Needless to say they are going to make well over 100% of profit ! Talk about being taken advantage of ! When it comes to money it's sad!

It took 4 years for my journey to take place. Michael is a good man and morals. I sold him my home and I'm wrapping up closing on the property that I found. You must be able to adapt and expect some change because that's just the nature of this business, always changing. If you just give him time and be honest about your needs. Micheal will make it happen. Just have to buy the pending home. We got it just need to close and then I'm, title in hand land owner at 51 years old with a turn key home. Above and Beyond service and he's honest. Numbers change and things pop up. Just stick with it. Photos soon
