I am the owner of a title company and have closed quite a few transactions involving EWP. They are one of the best companies we work with and will always go above and beyond to help the people they are buying properties from. They are specialists in moving quickly and getting things closed in timelines that other's can't. They also regularly provide advise and guidance to others who may be considered "competitors" as they generally seem to believe they get more by giving back. They have also never not closed a deal they have sent to us where there wasn't an issue outside of their control preventing the closing (e.g., title issues or a seller backing out).

Michael and East West properties truly saved me from foreclosure. Honestly life had been tough and I didn’t think I could do anything to get this sale stopped. Michael came out the day before the sale and explained to me all my options. He was patient, kind and truly made me feel like he cared about my families outcome more than his profit. His solution of reinstating my loan and assuming the mortgage subject to was perfect for us. He also let my family stay in the house long term.
