We were lied to and totally misled. We were promised help with professional "sorters" and movers. Also told items could be moved to three different locations. House had been vandalized and I already had lost much. We were assured that I would just have to let them know what I wanted and they would get what they could. I guess to them that meant bare minimum. Ended up with half full pod of stuff just jammed in there. Hundreds upon hundreds of items left. If I was healthy I would have done it myself. Please dont fall for the whole "we are doing this to help people". Totally lost most of my household. There was deception not kindness in their words. And if they are truly trying to help people, how about donating, not destroying usable items. I am losing my faith in humanity, one lie at a time. Save yourself, find some honest help somewhere else.

Very friendly easy to deal with

Had the pleasure of working with this company selling a few houses. Process was always very smooth and closing was fast!! Their offer was fair and the Tele Notary was convenient since we didn't have the time off to go to a notary in person. The whole process was amazing!!

Michael was very upfront and very knowledgeable about the foreclosure process and what we needed to do to stop this process and gave several options. Our mortgage lender ended up stopping the process on their own but Michael was right there down to the wire waiting to help our family in anyway possible. I had a scheduled appointment with Ken. He was supposed to call me in the morning to confirm. I never received a call so I sent a text asking if we were still on for 5:30 and he replies with “ Sorry no..I m not in town..unexpectedly.my fault …... I just wasn’t thinking” Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company.
