Ended up refinancing my home loan and it was the most difficult process ever. I have to keep getting in touch with them for things to work out. I had to complain to the company headquarters and talk to manager for this to get corrected. Way too stressful! Had a notary also come by and put 200 papers on my desk and told me to sign without explaining the documents which made everything worse
