Dealing with ease mortgage had been the best so far I’ve gotten dealing with lenders. My refinancing process was very smooth, transparent and fast. The agent that handled my file was very knowledgeable, his guidance and estimates helped me a lot. Didn’t see any huge difference between the initial estimate and final underwriting. I’ll definitely give ease mortgage five stars with no hesitation.

Got a call from Chris and after saying they could give me a specified rate, pulled my credit and came back with a loan officer. He said he could do a rate .1 higher than originally promised. I still went forward and cancelled my current lender only to have them call me back an hour later to say there was nothing they could do. They will over promise and NOT deliver! Typical bait and switch predatory lending.
