They gave me a breakdown about everything that was happening and worked with me. This was my first refi and it was stress free and easy

The process was fine and i could always contact Haas until after closing when he no longer responded to texts or calls. He advised me not to pay my last months mortgage but i am glad i did as the closing process took much longer than the 15 days grace period allowed for late payment of mortgage and i would probably have taken a hit on my credit score. Then, to top it off, the two months of no payment was a lie and only ended up being one month. I am overall not impressed.
