Do not consider unless you are probably working with a different agent other than Michael then your experience might be different. He collected my all my information with wife's information then ghosted me the following day.

I tried reaching out but his office line did not go through, When I finally got hold of him, on his cellphone he gave some B.S exuse then hung up on me. I have reported the issue to the Federal Trade commission incase it was a situation of identity theft. I have also reported it to experien since he pulled my credit. Be careful folks.

I’m disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the interest rate on my loan. The loan broker’s approach was misleading, leading me to believe I’d secured a lower rate than the competition without needing to “buy points.”

It’s disappointing to feel that there was an assumption I wouldn’t review the contract details closely. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the process.
