First class! David did a great job, more importantly he is a honest businessman.

In terms of the work, he has modern and clean equipment with a stable of safe cleaners that got old stains out. The cleaning was thorough and took several hours. The cleaning exceeded my expectations

In terms of his honesty, he recommended some things I had not thought of AND he told me that some services I had ordered were not needed. He could have easily sold me the unneeded services since I was not there when he was doing the work, he didn’t because he treats his customers with the utmost respect.

The carpet actually turned out better than I expected! He cleaned one side of the steps and took a great picture that showed the before and after. Dramatic difference. I am generally very picky. I was impressed. Felt that I got what I paid for. Took pride in their work. Kept work area clean. Put down protective carpets on hardwood and around corners of walls/doors. Online ordering was easy. Good follow up emails. You might be able to get it done a little cheaper elsewhere but sometimes you need to pay for quality. That’s what you would be paying for on this case...no worries that you will get quality.

I’ve used these guys every year for last three years and they are incredible. They were able to get spots out of my carpet that no one else could. And I love that they use all natural cleaning fluids.
