High quality, honest, professional, on-time service. David was very thorough and honest about the condition of the carpet in our new home and what he could do for us. We know we need to replace the carpet, but we were very impressed with what he could do to make it better! The house had a funny smell before, but now it smells much better that the carpet was cleaned. He also cleaned out our dryer vent.

David was punctual and helped advise on what services I really needed. He did a fantastic job on my carpet and tile. I wish I had a before photo because this grout was nearly black and the carpet was compacted, though the wort part of the carpet was the wet dog smell, which doesn't come across in pictures. It's much improved and was well worth the money- though the cost wasn't high.
