From the moment my email was answered, until Matt & Charlie walked out my door,I was treated with the upmost respect. Lauren was the consultant I met with. What a smart informed young lady. Lauren listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions in the most simple terms. She was very patient,I felt very much at ease with her. She presented her recommendations that would best suit my needs. She was unsure of a specific issue and didn't hesitate to inform me of this . Lauren called Ken(owner) to get his input.
