I had a great experience with DHB! They bought my townhouse in Myrtle Beach . I was so lucky to have found a company that does what they say ! Accommodating every request I had ! Making sure I was happy and they gave me what I asked for and paid for all closing costs handled everything ! Closed on the date they told me! Calvin, Matt and Jessica were so easy to work with! You think to yourself that there still some people out there that are not trying to scam or talk you down after you told them what you want for your place . I bought my first mobile home with Dynamic Home Buyers. It needed some work and they were willing to come down some on the price and repair a few things at their cost before closing. After it closed and I went to register the property for the county, found out there was over $5000 in back taxes from previous owners that were not paid. I had to pay that money in order to get the county sticker.... When I informed Dynamic Home Buyers the situation, they partnered with the closing company to reimburse me 100% within a week or two of me paying it. Had they not offered to do that, I really would have been struggling financially because I am currently unemployed. I appreciated their willingness to fix the situation.

My client purchased a manufactured home from Dynamic Home Buyers. There were several bumps in the process, however on the agreed upon repairs in the contract, they came back twice to make sure they got the repairs done. After closing, my client discovered over $5k in back taxes were due. Matt worked with my client and the closing agent to reimburse her for the taxes she had to pay. I really appreciate Matt working to make the tax situation right. Thank you!
