Dry Kings Restoration

After the Kincade fire our home was almost burnt to the ground for a second time. But what we did come home to was some pretty severe smoke damage and Dry Kings Restoration was there to meet us at the door when we got there. They were professional, fast, and the work was top notch. When we returned home after everything was clean, sterilized, and/or replaced by them our place smelt and looked as good as it ever had. And to top it all off when we had issues with our Insurance company not only was Dry Kings Restoration patient and understanding but they were also there to help us with the process as much as they could along the way and didn't hold us as home owners responsible for out of pocket money that the insurance company owed to them. It was truly a pleasure dealing with them and they are the first and only people I would call in situations that come up with our home.

Thanks goodness for these guys!! Our kitchen flooded in the middle of the night and it went down 3 floors and to the neighbors unit. We called Draft Kings at 3am and a team arrived within an hour or so. They were able to put in dehumidifiers and blowers to stop further damage, and dry the floors and walls within a few days. Sergio, Elvis and Jacob were so professional, knowledgeable and kind. When this all happened we were so worried, but by the end of it they had us feeling relieved and so grateful. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone, but if it goes, is highly recommend this team.

Our family home was destroyed by fire earlier this year. Our family was devastated. After another mitigation company responded immediately to our cry for help, DryKing stepped in and Sergio was great in helping our family. I highly recommend Sergio because his workmanship and work ethic speaks for itself. However, if demonstrating that the bottom line is more important than the customer that’s how I felt when dealing with Matthew. I received an estimate and spoke to Matthew who I had never met once and didn’t understand how such a very high estimate was provided early. He said the estimate was a random number and was issued to follow CA guidelines. When the invoice came a few weeks ago I was appalled that the amount exceeded over 10% and called Matthew to express my concern.
