We live out of state and have a rental property in the Bay Area. We had a water damage with a large amount of water pooling under our home. We called Dry Kings and they sent a technician out the same day and guided us for the best solution for our situation and were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company.

I called Dry Kings on a Saturday and Matt answered all of my questions. Based on my conversation, paying weekend/off-hours rate was not worth it to me and they were able to come first thing Monday morning. When they arrived, they got straight to work. The water damage was more than I had expected and Sergio (the onsite tech) explained everything that was going on. Sergio came back to check humidity levels and was here when my insurance adjuster arrived (random, not scheduled for both to here at the same time) . He was quick to answer all of the adjuster's questions like no big whoop. Come to find out they're not on Farmer's approved vendor list, but they knew exactly what insurance needed to get the work covered. If I had to, I'd definitely call on them again (but I'd be sad because that means I have water damage).

Bottom line - Dry Kings is a top notch remediation and reconstruction company that we have no hesitation recommending.

We had a massive flood that affected our condo and HOA common area while we were out of town. As soon as we got a call from our neighbor and realize how bad the situation was, we began calling various flood remediation companies. Out of all the remediation companies we called, Mathew (the owner) picked up his phone promptly, answered our questions patiently, walked us through the whole process and what we needed to do. By the time other people returned our call and we got a chance to talk to them about our situation, we were confident Dry Kings was what we were looking for.

I am so thankful for Dry Kings! Our condo had more than half our living room flood and Matthew and crew handled it so efficiently and thorougly. If there were more than 5 stars to give I would.
