I’m an active senior who plays golf, skis, hikes, and does water sports. I’ve also had a few injuries in my life. Regular visits to Integrative Wellness, Dr Shumard and Dr Kris, help me maintain my active lifestyle. Thank you to all the great staff at Integrative Wellness Center.

I happened upon this wonderful office through an informative thyroid seminar a little over a year ago... as a nurse and lifelong caregiver to others, I had unfortunately not been taking very good care of myself. I had been looking for a holistic approach to my thyroid issues, which were getting worse. Through an individualized, comprehensive approach, based on my own lab results, we were able to come up with a treatment plan; I am on the road to better health, feeling and looking so much better. I have more flexibility and increased range of motion. My labs are improving. Dr Shumard is so knowledgeable and he and his entire team are so kind, respectful and caring. They welcome and address every patient by name. My insurance did not cover the program but the payments were manageable and it has been worth every penny spent!
