it has been 2 months since I got on the Diabetes Reversal Program. I had to change my mindset and started to eat healthy nutritious meals. Writing down what I eat daily in my food journal, it is very important, helps a lot to keep track of what I'm eating. And the most important thing is to read the food labels, avoiding anything that has canola oil, sunflower oil ect..ect..I check my blood sugar daily and it has really improved, these past 2 months that I have been doing it. Once in a while my blood sugar tends to fluctuate up and down. Overall, Dr Shumard, his team and my health coaches are amazing, caring people always supporting and encouraging me in my health journey. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to reverse their Type 2 diabetes.
