Prior to joining Done4U Credit Repair the trajectory of the program was made clear - once enrolled into the program it was nothing but a negative experience.

No communication with any team members.
No targets that were set out initially in the program were met.
No internal team to contact if you have any queries in relation to you profile
Timelines were none existent (bare in mind 9-12 months was the intended timeline to be enrolled in the program. 17 months later and I have yet to be able to get in touch with a representative within Done4U repair, no email responses, incorrect phone numbers and email addresses of staff).
Required monthly subscription to another service which is an added expense on the customer with no end result.
