Edited: I won’t delete my last review because that was an experience and it still needs to be noted. However, since my review I have been back 3 times and the practice does seem to be improving. Everyone has been pleasant and attentive. Therefore, I have moved them up to 4 stars.

First of all, let me start by saying the doctor is great. The tech I had in the back was also great. They are the only reason for the two stars. The problem with this office stems from the front end. The one receptionist seems more interested in strutting around the office and getting attention from the male techs in the back than actually doing the job she was hired for. 3 hours I sat in the waiting room today. I give this practice five stars. The Staff are friendly and very helpful. They schedule your appointments in a timely manner. I’ve been a patient of Dr Varma for several years. She’s passionate, knowledgeable and takes her time to listen to my concerns. I came to her after a failed L5S1 spinal fusion and she has been able to control my pain. For those that are truly suffering from chronic pain due to medical conditions that can be proven through imaging there's a high probability that this doctor can help you. Dr. Varma is one of the most gentle and caring doctors I have ever had. She takes what you're going through seriously. She makes you feel seen and heard and addresses all of your concerns which unfortunately is rare these days. Her and most of her team has always treated me with respect except for one incident over the phone with one of the newer young ladies at the time, but never in person. I haven't seen her in a while and don't know if she's still there but either way that doesn't reflect on Dr. Varma and the rest of her team. Dr. Varma has saved my life literally. I have had three major back surgeries and am a spoonie who lives in chronic pain daily.
