Dominion Spine and Pain

I have been a patient of Dr Varma and staff since 2018. Everyone has always been professional, polite, and flexible when I goof up my appt. dates. I have free healthcare from VA benefits, but choose to come here due to the staff, service and environment.
I had 1 billing issue 1 time. My insurance referral had expired which is not Dominion Spine and Pain'a fault or issue, but they worked with me while I contacted my insurance. I think I paid it the next visit (they didnt refuse me service or give me a hard time). Since I started going here, my mobility has increased and my pain has significantly decreased. If you have pain and need some help, give them a chance. I have no regrets about going here... 6 years of visits says a lot compared to other single visit disgruntled reviews. I’m a new patient for Dr. Varma but after just one procedure I’ve already seen an improvement in my back pain. The staff are friendly and I’ve been able to get appointments quickly.

Dr Varma is amazing. I've been working with her for 18 months. She is incredible and her staff is wonderful. They have been super flexible when I've had to make changes to my appointments, are always prompt with notifications and sending in prescriptions. They have always treated me with respect and kindness. Dr Varma has been so great at managing my pain and working with me to give me back freedom and mobility I had lost. She's given me hope to get back at things and activities I didn't think I would be able to ever do again. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with chronic pain. She has also been instrumental with helping me deal with my insurance and TRICARE.
