Dominion Spine and Pain

Dr. Varma has been helping my with neck and back pain since 2018. I went from daily migraine like pain which caused depression, anxiety, irritability, and general unease, to being able to get a grip on my life again. I am so thankful that she works with Tricare and that I found her and her team. They are some of the nicest, most compassionate people I've met in a long time. They work with me when there are insurance claim issues and have never turned me away when there was a problem, but instead gave me time to work it out with Tricare. If I ask, they also let me pay so I can just get reimbursed later once the insurance issue is resolved.
I think the staff sometimes think I thank them for being so nice just because I am waking up from anesthesia, but I do it because I appreciate then and their service.

Dominion spine and pain have been great to my husband. Dr Varma and her staff have helped my husband’s neuropathy and back pain. Aman Singh is the best PA-C ever he really cares for his patients.

Yes the wait times are long. But you will absolutely not find better care than you do here! Everyone in the office is so sweet and nice! I absolutely loved coming here and seeing everyone. Dr. Varma and her staff are top notch and she does everything possible to make you feel better!

The front desk ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT STRUT AROUND FOR ATTENTION as another review stated! When they’re busy and there is a wait I’m sure doc is fine with her front desk chatting!! They actually will chat with the patients if you take the time!!

Everyone works their butts off in this office! The wait is worth it! Only doctor that has actually taken the time to figure out my pain and help me fix it! This place is amazing and Dr. Varma and her staff are truly the best. I have an injury from back in 2009. I have gone through more than a decade of care. I came to here about 2 years ago and she has done more for me in 2 years than any other doctor has in the decade of care I have received. She listens to her patients and works with them to give the best overall result for their care. For the first time since 2009 I have had more pain free days than I ever have. I still have a long road ahead of me but I am confident that with this office and their staff that soon I will be completely pain free. I am already having more good days than bad and I am so much more present for my family. Thank you Dr. Varma, thank you for giving me hope and thank you for giving me my life back.

I have been a patient of Dr Varma and staff since 2018. Everyone has always been professional, polite, and flexible when I goof up my appt. dates. I have free healthcare from VA benefits, but choose to come here due to the staff, service and environment.
I had 1 billing issue 1 time. My insurance referral had expired which is not Dominion Spine and Pain'a fault or issue, but they worked with me while I contacted my insurance. I think I paid it the next visit (they didnt refuse me service or give me a hard time). Since I started going here, my mobility has increased and my pain has significantly decreased. I’m a new patient for Dr. Varma but after just one procedure I’ve already seen an improvement in my back pain. The staff are friendly and I’ve been able to get appointments quickly.

Staff and Dr. Varma are so professional and caring. They have helped me control my chronic pain for knees and lower back.
