The entire staff was waiting for my arrival, as this was an emergency procedure. They were ready to do the necessary tests, Dr. Tosi came in and did his final exam, snd off we went to the treatment room. He explained what the procedure involved and was never rushed or indifferent, went to work and a minute later, we were done. Just a few simple post instructions, and we left. Very professional, thorough, and everyone was kind and friendly.
