Dr. Tosi and his staff are very proficient at what they do. I always feel very secure about his ability and decisions about my treatment. He seems to have my best interest in all respects. He answers any questions that I in the medical terminology that I can understand.

He seems to care about precrbing the best treatment possible for his patients to fit their medical treatments financial needs.
