After water damage, Keith helped us select a waterproof LVP that matched the rest of the home. The team removed damaged materials, checked moisture, and installed planks with tight seams. Communication was steady and the space was back to normal quickly. Feels sturdy and looks great.

Laminate install was solid: they fixed a small hump first, undercut door casings, and set quiet underlayment. The floor feels stable and the room looks brand new.

Keith brought shop-at-home samples so we could see true color in our lighting, walked us through durability, and helped us choose an LVP that fit the space. The crew handled dustless tile removal, checked moisture, leveled a couple of low spots, and then installed with straight layout, tight seams, crisp cuts, and flush transitions. The floor looks like it belongs in the house, feels solid underfoot, and has already handled daily traffic with no issues—professional, transparent, high-quality work.

We had an overall excellent experience with our salesperson Keith Jacobson as well the installer. Keith presented us with the type, color, and pricing we were looking for, went out of his way to get us samples, was on time, and treated us kindly and with respect. The installer did a wonderful job installing and stretching the carpet without damaging the walls (as other installers did in the past). I give them 5 stars.
