After getting the runaround by 4 different flooring vendors Diamondback came through for me in my time of need. Keith was very friendly and professional, quick, and prompt when I needed anything. His crew was amazing and got the new floor installed quickly and were really personable as well. Thank you so much!

Diamondback Flooring Replied: David, we are so glad we could help when other vendors fell short. We appreciate your shout-out to Keith and the crew for being prompt, efficient and personable. Thank you for sharing your experience and for trusting us with your flooring.

Great job, great products and great price. Keith and the crew were top-notch. Would highly recommend

Diamondback Flooring Replied: Jane, thanks for the kind words and the great review. We always try our best as we are a small family run business relying on word of mouth and reviews. We can't spend what the big box stores do on marketing.

They did a great job with the repair! The job was done correct the first time, and the communication was excellent, which is truly rare these days.

We hired them for tile replacement and they were nice and quick with it. Keith brought shop-at-home samples so we could see true color in our lighting. The crew handled dustless tile removal, and did everything perfectly. The floor looks like it belongs in the house. Great work

Laminate install was solid: they fixed a small hump first, undercut door casings, and set quiet underlayment. The floor feels stable and the room looks brand new.
