I had the pleasure of working with James Harris at Diamond Equity and he was very thorough in explaining the process, what to expect and the calculation of the sale. James was professional, patient, respectful, very sweet and well- mannered...even making sure to check in with me, giving me a heads up on any delays or issue that wld arise.
