Well, my mom passed away and I was left with this home. It wasn't in my name and it's just me. Mom had received some letters from Diamond Equity and then I saw them on TV one evening. I wanted to make sure the company had a perfect A1 rating and that's why I went with you all. I feel relieved and the process was absolutely superb. We came upon challenges with probate in Fulton County but you all worked with me and held my hand through it all. They even closed at my location because of my busy work schedule.
