Declare Wellness Center helped me move from surviving to thriving. The skinny girl inside of me was screaming to get out. The hormonal imbalance I was experiencing made it impossible to lose weight and keep it off. Being overweight and out of balance affected my self esteem and wellbeing. Dr. Cohen and Amanda have been the best support and cheerleaders. The weight loss has made a difference in every aspect of my life. I am so grateful for the guidance and encouragement. I am continuing the journey with the maintenance program, and I am so happy that the skinny girl is out and happy!

Having recently completed their 3 month program, I lost 25 pounds and was able to get off BP and cholesterol medications. These were 2 goals that I had set for myself when I started the program. But the best takeaway has been a change in my everyday lifestyle: eating a healthier diet and routinely exercising. Thank you to Amanda and Dr. Cohen and the coaching staff who provided support and guidance throughout the process!
