The personal and customized care they have provided is not something you will ever find in general medicine. Dr Cohen is very good at getting your hormones regulated and achieving your best health. Declare Wellness has made a huge difference not only in my life, but my wife’s as well finally meeting somebody that got our gut health going in the right direction and showing us the proper diet and exercise that a lot of different programs didn’t have was a plus for both of us also telling us that it’s a lifestyle change not just a quick fad couldn’t ask for a better program.
