First things first. I am so grateful for answered prayers. I thank our Lord God in heaven for guidance and wisdom. And I would also like to thank all the Angels at Declare Wellness for your help and assistance through this lifelong health journey of mine. Thank you too All!
I was at a dead end when it came down to my health. Without sharing my medical history, I was at high risk of heart attack, stroke and diabetes.
However, I will share with all I do have osteoarthritis. This Program helped me get my inflammation under control. One week after I started the Declare Wellness Program, I started to feel different. I had been seeing an endocrinologist for my thyroid for years, never lost an ounce and couldn’t drag myself out of bed each day. I went to Dr Cohen's free seminar for gut, hormones and thyroid information. It was going to be all natural supplements instead of synthetic drugs. I liked that because my previous Dr was changing my prescription so often & I wasn’t seeing any physical changes. This program has me eating in a whole new way. I didn’t have sugar cravings! I wasn’t hungry from one meal to the next and I LOST weight immediately! The nutritionist is fabulous. There are weekly zoom meetings and messaging with her. First time visiting Declare Wellness Center and it was great! Dr. Cohen and the team provided a very warm, pleasant, and friendly atmosphere. Going to Declare Wellness was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was diagnosed with a very rare autoimmune disease which causes a lot of pain on a daily basis. On top of that, I shattered my feet 15 years ago and they didn’t heal properly which prevents me from walking any distance and doing any kind of exercise that requires trauma to my feet. All of this caused me to gain 50 pounds over the past 15 years. When I went to see Dr. Cohen I was totally defeated and disgusted with myself.
