First time visiting Declare Wellness Center and it was great! Dr. Cohen and the team provided a very warm, pleasant, and friendly atmosphere. I was able to have a better understanding of what it means to have a healthy gut; as well as, decrease my bloating. Dr. Cohen provided extensive, comprehensive, and valuable information about how I can increase my energy and improve my overall health. I would not have obtained better health without the help of Dr. Cohen and his team. Thank you!!

Going to Declare Wellness was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was diagnosed with a very rare autoimmune disease which causes a lot of pain on a daily basis.
