I absolutely love the doctor's and staff at Inlet Physical Medicine. I could not have asked for a better team of healers. I started seeing Dr. Cohen as my PCP and chiropractor just over 3 years ago. Since we started treatments everything ranging from chronic conditions to the common cold, I have been a more healthier happier person; which is exactly what the doctors and staff strive to achieve. With the help of Dr. Cohen, Dr. Holt and Dr. Cohen's medical assistant Sarah, I have successfully lost 66lbs using the HCG weight loss program and found relief from chronic aliments that have plagued me for years. Everyone at Inlet Physical Medicine has become family to me, a support system I never knew I needed. If you are looking for a doctor's office that actually puts the patient first, has time to answer questions, listens and in general makes you feel appreciated, you must give them a try!

Dr. Craig Cohen is the ONLY chiropractor on the Grand Strand who specializes in Grostic Technique, which is what led me to him because I have scoliosis. Whatever back/spine issues you have, I HIGHLY recommend him. He is THE BEST!!!!!

Dr. Cohen is not only a doctor, he is a friend. He really cares about his patients and their well being. He is my Chiropractor and primary care as well. I refer everyone that I know to see him. It's so unlikely to find Dr.'s like him anymore.

I’ve been trying to find a practice to get established with since moving here 2 years ago. The first good impression that I got was when someone actually answered the phone for me to book the appointment. Sammie was VERY friendly and eager to help me on the phone. She was always VERY nice every time I saw her even up to my appointment day. Dr. Cohen was very attentive to everything I was saying and really wanted to help get to the root of what’s causing my health problems. I think I’ve finally found a practice that I’m happy with.

love the staff and everything dr. cohen has done for me and my family. I recommend him to anybody asking about chriopratic care or weight loss.

I could go on for a long time on how great this place is but I will sum it up to a few points:
• Inlet Physical Medicine is easily the best doctors office I have ever been to. Dr. Cohen is world class when it comes to being a great doctor, you can tell how knowledgeable and passionate he is about what he does from the first time you meet him. Along with Dr. Cohen being incredible, the rest of his staff here are amazing people who genuinely care and make you feel like family. The care and the atmosphere of Inlet Physical Medicine is so great that for the first time ever I look forward to going to physical therapy and my other appointments here, it has became one of the highlights of my week because it is like going to visit with great friends.
• I went here for PT for a chiropractic injury that was getting worse and seemed like it would never improve and the care I received...

I have been to many doctors in my life, and Dr. Cohen is THE most patient, thorough one I've ever been to. He will get to the bottom of the issue and then stick with it until it's better. Can not recommend him enough!
