Declare Wellness Center

My experience with Declare Wellness has been nothing short of awesome. I’ve been with Dr. Cohen for a few years and he has taken me from being a hormonaally challenged train wreck to being in optimal health. My blood panels were somewhat a mess and now they are normal. Dr. Cohen is the only person who has taken time and understands how to correct physical ailments without the use of drugs. I would encourage everyone to call the practice and discuss your issues with the good doctor. I have not been paid for this review.

My experience with Declare Wellness Center has been so very positive! Working with Dr. Cohen, Vicki and his team, has helped me become more aware of how important it is to focus on the right foods, vitamins and alternative measures that contribute to better health. I not only feel better but have found helpful ways to improve my overall health. At 80, I can truly say that this program is exactly what I needed to help me enjoy a healthier life to come.

I love Declare Wellness because they are a team of people who look at healing the whole person. I initially came to Declare Wellness because I had already gone to 4 different Hospitals throughout the US and had not gotten any better with my Chronic Illness. All of the hospitals and doctors that I had seen were awesome men and women who genuinely cared about me and my wellbeing but could not help me with my situation. During my initial consult with Dr.Cohen at Declare Wellness he said something to me that really got my attention He said if I would follow his program for 3 months then I would no longer have this Chronic illness in my gut. But he stressed that the results were up to me not him. His simple response to me gave me hope that I had not had for over 10 years because he was saying that the results were mine to own. I love Declare Wellness Center because:

Where do I begin? There is so much to say. I came in with doubts, confusion, and plenty of frustration. After the initial introduction, I had to roll it around for a minute. Do I take that leap into the unknown or not? Well, I did, and I was not disappointed. Everyone was helpful, polite, and there was no judgment. Everything was discussed privately, treatment, finances, everything. I came in barely capable of thought, movement, and even breathing was a chore. I followed every instruction given. I have to say, it took a bit of will power, but I completed my 3 months of treatment. I have plenty of energy, stamina, and I finally sleep! Thank you so much Dr. Cohen.

Declare Wellness Center helped me to know my body and to identify the issues that were causing stomach issues along with difficulty to lose weight and maintaining a healthy life style.
