No one knows your body like you do and when countless times over several years you are treated like your ailments are all in your head you begin to wonder if you will ever feel better. Finding Dr. Cohen, Amanda and the Declare Wellness team has been like finding a unicorn for your health! Feeling heard about my struggles and frustrations , having them addressed and validated , and the genuine care ,concern and time taken to help get my health back proves the passion in their mission to help people. The guidance and tools Declare Wellness offers to gain control of your health are like no other and the warmth you feel every visit is like you are with friends you have known forever is just another added bonus. Declare wellness changed my life. I went through menopause at age 42. I immediately began gaining weight no matter how much I exercised. I hit a set weight of 269. I started on hormone replacement with Dr Cohen in May of 2021. Ironically, I broke my ankle the week before I started hormone. I was confined to a wheelchair for 4 months. Once I started the hormones, I began losing weight. I dropped 40 pounds in about 4 months. I also developed a libido which I thought was gone. Perfect timing as I began seeing a wonderful man. We are still together. I truly believe the HRT changed my life.

When it comes to your health and wellness you can never take a chance. Working with the members of Declare Wellness is like nothing I have ever been able to do before. The staff here is 100% honestly and truly dedicated to your health. From the second I walked in until I was walking out I felt like the only focus for the staff. The office is clean, neat and organized. The staff is professional and courteous. When it comes to trusting someone with your overall health…. This is your place.

I have had the best experience with Declare Wellness! Everyone there really cares about you and your overall wellbeing. Dr. Cohen did in depth testing to discover the root of my weight problem and then customized a program specific to my needs. I lost 63 pounds! They also do maintenance plans so that the weight that I lost won't come back and bring its friends. I can't say enough about Declare Wellness!
