I had attended a workshop on hormone imbalance and abdominal body fat. I met with Dr. Cohen and his staff, after extensive lab work. Dr. Cohen sat down with me to review results. I was already “a healthy person”, I was doing High intensity workout 5-6 days a week, burning 450-500 calories a day, building muscle. Also was eating “fairly healthy, I thought. I wasn’t getting to results I wanted. Decided to do the program curriculum for healthy living. I have lost 15 lbs following the regimen; I went through the detox and really keyed into what foods were not good for my body. Now in VIP program, because I feel so good.
