Everyone was exceptionally nice and so knowledgeable! I learned so much! Will do my best to continue what I learned!!! Drinking that much water is the most difficult for me!

I cannot say enough about my experience here! I felt welcomed and loved on from the first moment. My journey has not been easy but I have succeeded and I plan to keep pressing on to achieve my goals. With the practice by my side and cheering me on, I will accomplish what is set forth in front of me. Dr Cohen is amazing. I would highly recommend him. The knowledge and expertise that he has shown toward my problems has definitely helped me get to where I am. I feel better overall and I am getting my life back!

I love Declare wellness. Dr Cohen and Amanda are the kindest caring couple you could ever meet. How often you go to a doctor and you’re just another patient. Dr Cohen is always professional and on time (which we all know is rare for a dr office!). He listens and helps customize a plan that works best for you and will modify it until you are satisfied! I refer people to him all the time!

Staff quickly responds to emails. Concerns are always addressed and explained. Dr Cohen takes his time explaining everything. He also answers and all your questions and tells you why. I can’t recommend this practice enough.
