Another company that when an estimate is requested a rep is knocking on the door within a few hours. Rep explains all the work they'll deliver, how satisfied you'll be to enjoy your new new deck, etc.
Granted my project had about a month's delay while waiting on a signed HOA approval. However, the DH contract was signed 12-31-21 and it is now the end of June. No viable contact to update has been made by the sales rep or work supervisor. With the exception of courteous and apologetic phone representatives, their Customer Service SUCKS! I don't use this term as I regard it as repulsive, but here it absolutely applies.
I've had to initiate every follow-up contact to the supervisor who's supposed to be the primary contact after the contract's been made. I've had to go back to the sales rep who appeasingly replies whenever. Nothing is prompt!
