Deck Helmet provided excellent service and care to our deck. They were extremely professional not only regarding the work they did but also on matters such as scheduling, estimation, billing, etc. I highly recommend this company. Others we've had in the past did not offer this much care and pride in their work. All around a great experience.

The job was completed in a very professional way, from the initial contact with office staff, to estimate and proposal, to starting work and completion on time. Deck Helmets work was great. My father is a engineer and I appreciate the application process from deck preparation to final coating. Definitely will recommend to others and use them again if the occasion comes.

After being bombarded with Ads from Deck Helmet, I needed deck work so I made the call. I'm connected to a national answering service with operators scripted with general questions and answers but are not able to take your measurements or deck condition questions stating there is a free,no obligation est that covers this. I specifcally ask if Deck Helmet services my area and was told yes they go everywhere. I was able to schdule an appointment with a 3hr window. The appointment day came and with 10min. left in the window, I get a call from what Im guessing is a subcontractor that is within 3hrs of my location. He tells me he took measurements and a look at my deck from Google Earth and proceeds to quote me price of 14k to replace my deck with composite and vinyl, but If I commit to the project now he will take 1k off. I said well, send someone by and we'll talk. He told me he was 3hrs...

Don't waste your time looking for lesser companies! Deck Helmet's prices are nothing compared to the level of craftsmanship they incorporate when completely renovating my front porch. The previous property manager had been told by two different companies that the un even wood in the corners of the porch had been from infrastructure errors and would have to be completely redone from scratch! Took them an hour to address the issue and only a week to realign and level the wood without having to tear down a part of my home.

They just finished up my deck last week. Everything went smooth and they built the deck in record time. Everyone was surprised by how fast they built it. The crew was curious and they cleaned up after themselves after each day. They even came out on a Saturday because I mentioned there were a few deck boards that weren't up to par. When they finished I had 4 of my neighbors come to my house to just look at the new deck and they wished they knew about Deck Helmet before they had theirs built.

Deck Helmet made a brand-new deck in our yard, and we're extremely pleased with it. The deck is extremely high quality and develop expertly.
