Dark and loud

Andrea provided excellent professional customer service. She made me feel like a value customer from our first conversation via the phone. She was diligent in finding me replacement for my subwoofer. Her amazing communication helped me to feel at ease that my product would be delivered in a timely manner. Allan double checked to ensure my bass was correctly installed and made sure my overall experience was great! I felt the charges were very reasonable. The establishment was very clean and organized which also was a plus for me.

Excellent service! They were able to install an aftermarket stereo and backup camera (THAT I PROVIDED) the same day.

The only car stereo shop feels comfortable leaving my car overnight to get re-wired front to back. Got my new door speakers! My job was done to perfection. Allan was amazing and informative. I'll definitely be back.

I had service done here in March. I just needed to run a cable on my new car so I could connect my subwoofer. The cable was extremely short and they didn't even screw my box so it wouldn't move around. I own a high performance car, so obviously the cable was yanked off from the speaker and damaged with the movement. I contacted them and told them the problem in April and they (pretty sure it was the owner) told me that without a receipt they wouldn't do anything, literally. Although I had the transaction on my bank account. I did find my receipt eventually but I was so frustrated with them that went somewhere else where they knew what they are doing. I normally let things go but I had to pay twice for something so simple, I think other people need to know. Terrible experience from beginning to end.

Dark and Loud sounds+tinting staff are exceptional, professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have my system sounding wonderful and clear with no problems. HIGHLY recommend and you will NOT be disappointed!! Money well spent!! Happy customer!!

Best place to go to for quality. They helped me with a tint and whole new sound system in my budget.
