A week ago, I took my car in to get a ceramic tint and a brow on my windshield. All was fine until I picked it up when I noticed my windshield was cracked from the midsection running to both sides (6-8" on each side). I made Allan/Robert (he went by both names) aware of this and he claimed that it was already like that when I dropped it off. Why would I get a brow if I knew the windshield was cracked? The following day I called to get an update on the issue, I spoke with Gio (he had inspected my car when I dropped it off) and he did not remember seeing it cracked when I dropped it off. I later spoke with Allan/Robert over the phone and he told me "If you are expecting us to pay for the windshield we are not." I understand that at this point we will be going back and forth on who could be at fault, but I am most frustrated with the manner in which Allan/Robert handled...
