They go into detail when letting you pick what you want and also when explaining your life time warranty when purchasing it ! This shop has definitely won my business as long as I’m still in El Paso. I came to get my blown speaker replaced. They did an excellent job, and answered all my questions. They even helped me decide what I may want in terms of subs. They didn’t get annoyed with me, even though I asked the workers a million things.
I was so satisfied with the work they did in my Jetta that I brought my wife’s car in the same day for a set of subs. I came a little late, but they worked 2 hours past close just to insure that I was satisfied with their product. I can’t explain the smile on my face wile driving home with these new perfectly tuned subs. The damn rear view mirror won’t stay in place!
(I already bought the subs online but they put them in for me, they carry much better quality than what I had them install)
