Ricardo was excelent and extremely helpful.

Service Tech Rick was super friendly and helpful. He had my best interest in mind, guided me through signs to look for in making sure my unit is running good. Found the issue with my unit and quoted me a great price, to where I was pleased and proceeded to fix the issue on the unit. While inspecting the rest of the system he was giving me tips on how I could have a better running system by simply changing a filter, something I never knew. That was super helpful and useful! Amazing service, very helpful advice and not to mention super reasonable price! Will definitely be using them for any future service that may be needed.

Thanks to Ricardo, he came to our place for the annual service and found out there's a leak which we didn't know... he took his time to find out how it happened and came back to fix it.. I am glad he was responsible to check and solve our issue...he is very friendly and made sure the job is done
