I first joined Curves in 2006 when my cholesterol went high and my doctor said that I needed to work out at least 30 minutes a day. Talk about a perfect answer to get a complete workout and now with the Curves Smart system that's geared for a personal workout, can't complain. It's great that they open at 6am so those of us that have to go to work can get it done. Staff is very friendly and they watch and make sure that you are using the equipment properly so that you get the correct workout. Great return for my monthly dues! Had been anti-gym for a long time cuz many are soooo big and impersonal. Joined Curves for strength training and am at my six-month mark and still love it! Curves is my style -- very welcoming and friendly staff and members, can get a great strength training workout in 30 minutes, and they offer zumba! -- my favorite dancing cardio exercise! Added Curves to my ongoing walking and line dancing so now I'm got all my bases covered! Read more >

I'm not a big 'fan' of exercising ... would prefer to hire someone to do it for me ...However, going to Curves I've grown to appreciate the benefits of moving and stretching. All of the 'coaches' are so helpful and encouraging ... I look forward to going and feel like I am actually enjoying my workouts! Read more >

I have been going to Curves for about 3 months now - at least 3 days a week. I now enjoy bending over and picking things up, going up stairs (or down) better balance and better all around mobility. Denise and her staff are always encouraging and FUN !! I'm 67 and feel better than I did 10 years ago !!!!!! I MOVE better !!!! Come join us - you'll LOVE it !!!! P.S. I'm stronger too.
